Difference in Time On Market of ASP Staged versus Non-Staged Homes. |
Why Stage®?
- A value added service for your listing package.
- You’ll know you have a house that is in top shape for showings.
- Your listings will show well on internet and in print advertising.
- Shorter time on the market means less advertising you’ll need to invest for each property.
- Increased exposure with your listing on www.stagedhomes.com.
Who pays for the staging?
- Typically the seller pays for staging services, but some Realtors® make it part of their listing package.
- Stage Two Sell offers “Realtor Partner” discount prices. Call for more information.
How long does it take?
- Stage Two Sell takes pride in working with Realtors and Builders to work quickly with each listing.
When is the best time to Stage® a listing?
- While it is ideal to Stage® homes before they go on the market, you can call Stage Two Sell at any time in the process.
- Before you consider a price reduction….consider Staging.
What is the Home Staging process?
- Stage Two Sell works with each Realtor®. Our goals are the same…to get the house sold! Our initial visits are always at no cost.
- Consultation Reports are available for your clients who wish to do the work themselves. We will prepare a detailed report for your sellers and you so you will know what recommendations were made. When completed-we will certify it as a "Staged" home and provide you with a sign if you wish.
- Full Staging is also available if your sellers have moved out of the area or would simply prefer to have us do the work. We visit the property and prepare a free bid to homeowner and the listing agent. Prices for completed work vary with the size and scope of each project.
Can Stage Two Sell handle vacant homes?
- Of course. Staging fees involve the staging recommendations, coordinating furniture and accessories rental, placement of furniture, and de-staging when the house sells.
If the market is “soft” is staging a good investment?
- It is absolutely critical to stage your property when the market is “soft” in order to have your listing be the best in that price range!
