What is the process?
- Initial meetings are always free. We look forward to meeting you.
- Consultation. This is a comprehensive walk through of your property, inside and out, room by room. We assess what needs to be done to get your property in top form for showing. You will receive a detailed written report, listing all of our recommendations. From here you can decide to do the work yourself, or hire Stage Two Sell to complete part, or all, of your staging.
- Full Service Staging.
We can do as little or as much as you like.
Can’t I just do it myself?
The shows on HGTV and similar channels have increased everyone’s awareness that changes before a sale really do impact the sale price. But as the homeowner, it’s hard to remain objective about your own space. Accredited Staging Professionals (ASP's) can help you turn the home you live in to the house you are selling. ASPs have the experience and training to see every detail that will get you top dollar. We honor our clients, and work closely with you and your Realtor® to help get your house sold.
How long does it take?
This all depends on the size and scope of the project and who will do the work. On average, once your home is properly prepared, staging takes anywhere from a few hours to a full day. Preparing your home will always pay off. We are here to help you get top dollar.
Should I Stage® my vacant property?
Staging a vacant home makes a huge difference!
With vacant properties:
- Every minor imperfection is magnified when the rooms are empty.
- Buyers have trouble envisioning how furniture fits into blank spaces.
